Warranty
ISC Suspension warranties its products to the original purchaser against defects in workmanship and material.
All ISC Suspension coilovers are covered by a Limited Lifetime Warranty that is available to the original purchaser only (non-transferable).
All other ISC Suspension products, with the exception of ISC coilover covers, are covered by a Limited 5-Year Warranty. ISC coilover covers have a 1-Year Warranty.
The Warranty is limited to North America only. Professional installation is required with all products to avoid improper handling and/or installation. This Limited Lifetime Warranty covers bolt-on components such as bottom mounts, top hats, camber plates and shock bodies.
Shafts and internals such as seals, fluids, pillow ball mounts and leaking shocks are covered for 2 years from the original purchase date. Parts and REBUILD labor are covered under the warranty
ISC Suspension Bolt-on Components: lower/bottom mounts, locking collars, spring seats, spring gaskets, top hats/camber plates and hardware such as studs & bolts. All hard parts have a Limited Lifetime Warranty.
ISC Suspension Shafts and Internals: thrust bearings, pillow balls, jetting assemblies, shaft seals & o-rings and o-rings seals, piston shafts, shock absorber internals, oil & fluid and shock absorber gas leaks. All consumables carry a 2-Year Limited Warranty.
ISC Suspension’s Limited Lifetime Warranty DOES NOT apply to the following:
Any products not purchased through an authorized ISC Suspension dealer.
Any products that show abuse, improper installation or collision.
Any products that have been altered in any way.
Seized collars. To avoid this, ISC Suspension recommends using anti-seize on all collars/threaded areas of the shaft or by purchasing ISC Coilover Covers to protect the shafts from the elements.
Coilovers purchased below ISC Suspension’s MAP policy will not be warrantied.
All ISC Suspension coilovers and products are for off road use or Motorsport use only and cannot be installed on vehicles that will be driven on public roads or highways. This can result in injury or may not comply with your locations regulations for public roadway usage. ISC is not responsible for miss use, tampering with or damages caused by or resulting from our product. Failure to comply may result in voided warranties. Professional installation is mandatory and products that are not installed properly will not be warrantied.
